Philosophy

Sacred Heart Academy shares the common vision of Catholic education to proclaim the message of Jesus, to create Christian community, to worship God, and to serve one another. We believe that each person is a child of God called to live a faith relationship. we believe it is our ultimate responsibility as Catholics to always be a reflection of Christ. Our school exists to provide a spiritual and academic environment based on Catholic tradition and values which meet the needs of a diverse student body. And, we believe that every child can learn, can be a productive member of society and should live a life fully centered in Christ.

Sacred Heart Academy is a Catholic faith community committed to the development of the whole child, spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, socially and physically. While recognizing parents as the primary educations of their children, the faculty and staff commit themselves to quality education which prepares students to meet the challenges of an ever changing world. As a community of faith we model and teach Gospel values and self-discipline. We recognize and develop the unique qualities of each student and we provide opportunity to become productive members of the church and society for the twenty-first century.
